§ 1   Contact

Contact

Ufinq runs as a small research effort, so inbound mail goes to one of two channels. Please pick the one that fits your question — it gets you a faster, more useful reply.

§ 2   Channels

Where to write

§ 2.1 · RESEARCHresearch@ufinq.com

Questions about the papers, the algorithms (AHISTER, DEBOHAC, CRESCENT, …), the simplification pipeline, the e-graph rewriter, the value substrate, the benchmarks, or academic collaboration. Reproducibility requests, paper-version clarifications, and citation questions also go here.

§ 2.2 · GENERAL & COMMERCIALcontact@diafunc.com

Everything Diafunc-related: product questions, evaluations, pricing, partnerships, regulated-industry deployments, press, and general correspondence. This channel is operated by Diafunc, the company that distributes Ufinq commercially.

§ 3   What to include

Useful to include

Mail is read by a small team, so a few lines of context go a long way:

  • Who you are and where you work.
  • What you are trying to do — the underlying problem, not only the immediate question.
  • Whether the question is about Ufinq specifically or about applying it through Diafunc.
  • For paper questions: which paper and which section.
  • For commercial questions: rough scale (data size, throughput, deployment shape).

Replies usually go out within a few business days. For urgent commercial matters, the Diafunc channel is the right one.

§ 4   Read first

Before writing

Many questions are already covered on the site. The short version of the system is on Technology; active research themes on Research; the papers themselves on Papers; benchmark results on Benchmarks.
